We have been awarded the Bees’ Needs Award 2018 being the only community Group in the North of the UK by DEFRA. Also 2 other parks run by local authorities in the North have also been awarded. A total of 19 awards were made in the UK. This is for achievements we have done for bees and pollinators in the environment.
Also we have achieved a Green Flag Award. Both being achieved by all the hard work our volenters put into the association.
